They completely dropped the ball on #communication & replacing duplicate games this month… let’s go over what they sent me, what I already had & what actions they did or did not take to make me whole as a customer. (Eventually, they did send me games I did not own already, but it took almost 3 weeks for me to be made whole for September.) Here’s why I’m quitting the subscription box service…
