It is with a heavy heart that I have to come to you guys to sadly inform you… I got home on Thursday night, April 24th, after a long day and work event, sat down with dinner and found out swiftly that my YouTube page was missing. What?! I dropped my food, then began to open up every laptop I have to check. Yes. It wasn’t lying. The message informed me that my entire YouTube channel, sadly, was “removed,” due to “spamming” and other activities that violated YouTube’s TOS. Shocked. Completely floored and upset. Long story short, I set up shop on Rumble, and you can follow me there if you wish to watch my video content on the web. The address is below. Read on below for more specifics and watch my latest update videos on Rumble, but just know that I had nothing to do with this and did nothing wrong, and thus far, YouTube Support has been unable to share any details with me. I posted this on Twitter/X shortly after finding out: “I’m sad to report… YouTube has removed my entire channel, Ballistik Coffee Boy, after 6 amazing years. I’m unsure why, no reason was given. I’m extremely shocked and upset about this. I filed an appeal, hopefully me and my 1.8k videos will be back online soon? Just… Devastated.”
Later on I posted: “Update: Sadly, after my appeal last night, #YouTube has decided that my entire channel, #BallistikCoffeeBoy, will be deleted, after 6 amazing years. I’m unsure why, no specific reasons were given outside of “spam”… I feel some haters of my channel out there got me taken down, at this point. You know… my channel got me thru my Dad’s death, Covid & became a beautiful place full of like-minded friends, I’ll never forget the great love & support I’ve been witness to. I will be stepping away for now. Maybe I’ll return one day in a different venue. The fact that they deleted all 1.8k videos is extremely upsetting. I’ve had the time of my life doing this & I owe it all to my viewers and supporters. A HUGE thank you to everyone. I’m sorry if anything I did caused this, but as of right now I don’t know what that was. It’s been a pleasure & I miss you all. Onto other ‘hobbies’ now, I guess. They’ve given me no choice. I will keep my podcasts going, both Atari Newsline & The Atari VCS Podcast, so there’s that.
