On this episode of XpressO5, my Atari Jaguar game review series, I take a look at ‘Doom’ during my double dip of XpressO episodes this week! ‘Doom’ has been in the news lately, with the announcement & selling out of Blaze Entertainment’s ‘Doom Nexus’ special edition coming out in October. Doom is a heavyweight in the vintage gaming arena, spawning several sequels in this dungeon crawler extraordinaire. The Atari Jaguar version was the 2nd port released back in 1994. How does it fare today? We will take a look at the game history, the box and manual, play the game in real time and take a look at what Angry Video Game Nerd thought over 25 years ago.
